Todd Humphrey is a visionary executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across sports, technology, and startups. He has built a career around scaling organizations from their earliest stages to $1B+ outcomes, consistently driving growth, innovation, and long-term commercial success.
As a founding executive of the NHL’s 32nd franchise, the Seattle Kraken, Todd played a central role in shaping the launch of one of the most advanced arena environments in professional sports. His leadership helped scale the club into a Top 5 NHL revenue team, delivering industry-leading merchandise results, consistently sold-out crowds, and a game-day experience recognized across the the sports industry. He spearheaded innovations in fan engagement, retail, and technology that set new benchmarks for the business of hockey and live entertainment.
